Notes: The latin translates to "We are not born for ourselves alone." ~looking~cool~*~*~*~ (I shouldn't confess this but yeah this is what happened). Anyways, I didn't read Cicero so I might be totally butchering the quote, but I was trying to find one that related to Duty. Arthur's Duty to Camelot, and Merlin's Duty to Camelot/Arthur. Also because my "canon" headcanon means that Arthur really does need a blood heir :( :( :(, and I think these two will put aside what they want for Albion? BUT THAT'S IT, don't read too much into it aside from this vague "duty"&selflessness idea.
I wanted to draw 3 scenes, but couldn't think of a 3rd that paralleled this. I also wanted to continue trying this "painterly" style and using this kind of color scheme.
